Returns & Exchanges

At Micro Kickboard, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Scooter

  Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original Micro Kickboard box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
